Accounts Receivable Specialist
Primarily responsible for submission and follow-up of all claims to ensure timely payment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Routinely follows up on all outstanding claims over 60 days past due by calling on every claim other than Medicare listed on the monthly AR aging report. 2. Reviews all claims before mailing to ensure all authorization numbers are present and correct. Ensures all required attachments are submitted with the claim. Responsible for reviewing claims in order to meet any particular company contract requirements. In short, ensures "clean claims" are submitted. 3. Gathers information for denial appeals, formats appeal letters and follows up on appeals. 4. Stays current with all Alive Hospice contracts and how they affect billing and reimbursement. 5. Reviews collection efforts with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor on a weekly basis always reporting on all account balances greater than 90 days. Bi-weekly submits recommendations for write-offs to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor including a history of the collection efforts.

Care Partner (CNT) PRN, Continuous Care, Murfreesboro Area
The Continuous Care CNT/ Home Health Aide is a paraprofessional member of the hospice care team trained to provide personal care and other unskilled services in the patient's residential/facility setting on a continuous basis during a period of crisis under the direction, instruction and supervision of a registered nurse. Performs various personal care services as necessary to the patient's needs and to promote the patient's comfort and assist in providing a safe patient environment. Shifts: 7a-7:30p & 8:30p- 8a

Carepartner (CNT) FT, Float
The CNT/ Home Health Aide is a paraprofessional member of the hospice care team trained to provide personal care and other unskilled services in the patient's residential setting under the direction, instruction and supervision of a registered nurse. Performs various personal care services as necessary to the patient's needs and to promote the patient's comfort and assist in providing a safe patient environment. Looking for M-F 8-5 or Tues-Sat 8-5

LPN Continuous Care
Provides intensive, palliative and supportive nursing care to the hospice patient during a period of medical crisis. Works under the care plan as directed by the Primary Nurse/Triage Nurse.

LPN/PRN Continuous Care, Nights
The LPN provides hospice care for assigned patients under the direction of the Team Leader. Works with IDT to develop and implement hospice plan of care. Supervises Care Partners.

Registered Nurse - St. Thomas 7a-7p
The Registered Nurse provides hospice care and serves as case manager for assigned patients. Works with IDT to develop and implement hospice plan of care. Supervises Care Partners and LPNs.

Registered Nurse, PRN, 7a-7p, Skyline Madison Campus
The Registered Nurse provides hospice care and serves as case manager for assigned patients. Works with IDT to develop and implement hospice plan of care. Supervises Care Partners and LPNs.

Registered Nurse, PRN, The Residence, All shifts
The Registered Nurse provides hospice care and serves as case manager for assigned patients. Works with IDT to develop and implement hospice plan of care. Supervises Care Partners and LPNs.

Registered Nurse- North Team, FT Float, M-F, 11a-8p
The Registered Nurse serves as float RN for assigned patients. Responsible for identifying and coordinating patient/family needs and for providing preventive and supportive care to the terminally ill patient/ family unit. The hospice nurse utilizes assessment, intervention and teaching skills in caring for the patient/family unit.

RN, PRN, On-call, Weekdays, 5p-8a
Provides on call nursing visits to ensure appropriate, timely and effective nursing care.

RN,PRN, On-Call, Murfreesboro: Weekdays: 5p-8a. OR Weekends: 8a-5p & 5p-8a
Provides on call nursing visits as directed by the Triage Nurse to ensure appropriate, timely and effective nursing care after hours. Weekdays: 5p-8a OR Weekends: 8a-5p & 5p-8a
